New Moon Romance: Rob Pattinson & Kristen Stewart Leave Taylor Lautner Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were forced to leave their Twilight co-star Taylor Lautner to answer a a late night talk show host's question about their reported romance. The trio were appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! for their first interview together, when the host said to Pattinson and Stewart: "I know you don't like talking about your personal relationships – so Taylor what's going on with these two?" The New Moon stars saw the funny side as the audience cheered, waiting for his answer. Lautner replied: "I wish I could tell you." Kimmel then moved onto Lautner's rumored relationship with Taylor Swift, asking if it was true that he is seeing the country music star. Lautner asked: "Where did you see that?" before Kimmel joked: "When you're making out, does Kanye West burst into the room or something?"

Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson & Taylor Lautner: New Moon a Box Office Smash New Moon, the sequel to Twilight has smashed the US box-office record for midnight screenings. The Twilight Saga: New Moon brought in a staggering $26.27 million for overnight showings, new figures have revealed. The movie, which stars heart-throb actor Robert Pattinson, his reported girlfriend Kristen stewart and teen sensation Taylor Lautner broke the record set by Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in July. The Potter flick earned $22.2 million in overnight showings on July 15. Paul Dergarabedian, president of Hollywood.com Box-Office, said New Moon's overnight take 'portends an opening weekend that could be one of the biggest of the year'. The Twilight films are adapted from a series of vampire-based fantasy novels by American author Stephenie Meyer. They chart a period in the life of Isabella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart, who falls in love with 104-year-old vampire Edward Cullen, portrayed by Pattinson. The series of books has sold more than 85 million copies worldwide and been translated into more than 38 different languages across the globe. After New Moon and Half-Blood Prince, the films that earned the most in midnight screenings are The Dark Knight ($18.5 million), Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith ($16.9 million) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen ($16 million).
